These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lasersettingspro.com and your purchase of digital products from Laser Settings Pro. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.
What you are buying
Laser Settings Pro sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped. Your purchase is a set of downloadable files: laser test cards in .lbrn and SVG format, LightBurn material libraries, PDF guides, a spreadsheet settings index and an offline calculator. The exact contents of each product are listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Files are delivered instantly. After payment you receive personal download links on the confirmation page and by email, normally within a minute. Download links are tracked and carry a fair-use limit. If you run out of downloads, or the email does not arrive, email us at support@lasersettingspro.com and we will restore your access. Once downloaded, everything works offline.
Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own work. You may use them on any device you own, and burn or print them as many times as you like.
- You may sell physical items you cut, engrave or make using these files.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or upload the files themselves, in whole or in part, whether free or paid.
- You may not include the files, or any substantial part of them, in another product, bundle, course or library.
Full terms are set out in the Commercial Use Licence included with your download. Where that document and these Terms differ, the Commercial Use Licence controls in respect of how you may use the files.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers through Shopify checkout; we never see or store your full card details. Prices, discounts and bundle contents may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Discount codes apply only when entered at checkout and cannot be applied afterwards.
Refunds
Every purchase is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. One email, no form, no explanation needed. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
Your statutory rights in the EU and UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and downloading the files, you give that consent. This does not affect your other statutory rights, and it does not limit our 90-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous than the law requires.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and inside the products — the card designs, templates, charts, guides, images, data compilations and text — is the property of Laser Settings Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Where our settings index reproduces or derives from third-party data, the source is named on the row, together with the applicable licence.
Accuracy of the data
Our settings are starting points, not guarantees. Every laser, every sheet of material and every workshop is different. Machine wear, lens condition, focus, air assist, humidity and material batch all change the result. You are responsible for testing on scrap before committing to a workpiece, and for operating your machine safely and in accordance with its manufacturer's instructions. Some materials are dangerous to cut or engrave and we identify them in the product; never process a material you have not verified as safe for your machine and extraction.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change.
