Refund Policy

90 days. Money back. One email. Most sellers of digital files offer no refunds at all. We think that tells you something about how much they trust their own product, so we do the opposite.
How it works
If the product is not what you expected, or it does not help you, email us at support@lasersettingspro.com within 90 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. Include the email address you used at checkout, or your order number if you have it. There is no form to fill in. There is no return process. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to prove anything or to try a fix first. If you want to tell us what went wrong we would genuinely like to know, because it helps us improve the product, but it is not a condition of the refund.
What happens next
We reply within 24 hours. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days. Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the files ends. Please delete the files from your devices and stop using them.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 90 days after purchase.
- Purchases made through a third-party marketplace rather than lasersettingspro.com. Those are covered by that marketplace's own refund policy, and you should contact them.
- Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same product. We will honour a refund once per customer per product.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please email us before contacting your bank. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee whatever the outcome, and we can almost always resolve the problem faster and more completely ourselves. We have never refused a refund inside the 90-day window.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases, which for immediately delivered digital content ends when the download begins and you have consented to that. Our 90-day guarantee is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the law requires. It does not replace or limit any statutory right you have.
