Check your spam folder first, and search your inbox for "Laser Settings Pro". If it is not there, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend your download links straight away. You do not need an order number.
If you have a question before buying
Ask. Tell us your machine brand, model and wattage, and what material you are trying to cut or engrave. We will tell you honestly whether the product covers your setup, including when it does not.
To get help faster
Whatever you are writing about, these four lines let us answer properly the first time instead of asking you questions back:
- Your machine brand, model and wattage
- The material and its thickness
- The software you use
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
A photo of the result helps more than any description.
What we cannot do
We cannot give settings for materials that are unsafe to laser, such as PVC and other chlorine-releasing plastics, or fibreglass. We say so in the product and we will say so again if you ask. We also cannot diagnose a hardware fault on your machine; for that, your manufacturer's support is the right place to start.
